Want to learn how to run your computing jobs on distributed systems? Come to our workshop, we will teach you the basics of distributed high throughput computing (DHTC). DHTC offers practical solutions for the computing challenges involving long period of time. Open science grid (OSG) provides access to the computational resources for DHTC. The participants will learn how to submit computing jobs and transfer the data on open science grid. The workshop format will be a mix of short lectures and hands-on practical exercises.
